I do not have a ROKU TV however one of my TVS does turn off with voice commands using the pro remote but the other TVS do not turn off using voice command with pro remote. This leads me to believe it should work on all of the TVS. Perhaps a setting is wrong. Please help me.

Have no problem charging the remote. Remote has no markings. Do not know what model it is only that it is a Pro.

I understand that you are having an issue using the Voice commands feature of your Roku Voice Remote Pro. What Roku model devices are you using? Have you made sure your Roku voice remote is paired to your streaming device?
