I purchased a 2nd Roku on 10/30/2022 for a new tv. The remote will not stay charged for long. It also will no longer turn the tv on and off when fully charged. I can turn the tv on with my first Roku remote. Then it works for all functions except turning the tv off. I will probably have yo but a new remote. But since the one that is not working is less than 2 months old that is unreasonable.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? Is the remote that you are using one that came with the Roku device? In regards to your remote controlling your TV, have you recently paired your Roku remote to your TV?
