Purple Down Arrow '\/' not working correctly on remote. Need to push real hard to work. Expecting this key on the remote to not work at some point. Only had Roku for 1 month. Not pleased with the quality of the remote.

My down button has suddenly stopped bringing up menu. It still works when using guide ect. Just won’t bring up menu like it used to.
@Imspeedy24, I assume you're using the DirecTV channel/app. There's at least half a dozen threads here with people complaining. It's not a Roku issue. Take it up with the developer of the channel/app - DirecTV/AT&T.
This appears to be a Roku issue, not a remote issue. I have two devices in my house and all of a sudden neither down arrow on either remote is work. Coincidence?
