Power off Samsung tv with Roku ultra then turns back on

Using either Roku or Samsung remote to turn off tv it does then turns back on

On the Roku, unchecking Settings > System > Control other devices (CEC) > 1-touch play

should fix that.

Banned but back. Because why not?
