- Which Roku player this was connected to?
- Is this the remote that comes with your Roku player or was this purchased separately?
- When and where did you purchase this?
- Is this the only button you are having this issue with?
In the meantime, you may install the Roku Mobile app as an alternative to your physical remote. It has a private listening feature and works well with all of Roku's streaming devices.
