you just have to buy a new one.  there is no fix.  look on amazon.  i just stopped using the roku.

I used to recommend Roku but no longer because of this.

I downloaded the app on my phone and used that for a week. Then the okay button on the remote magically started working again.

Hello, 

My remote is having the same issues as others- the ok button stopped working. The reset option didn’t resolve the issue. I also tried changing the batteries and unplugging the TV. Still not working.
