No Help, Remote Not connecting or unresponsive

I have tried over and over to reset my Roku Voice remote, battery operated control to my streaming stick and can't get it. I have made it past the pair your remote, twice, only to have the remote freeze and be unresponsive whilr trying to answer the questions about is the musicstill playing. Nothing I can do works, I'm ready to dump Roku.   Any recommendations on a better streaming device?

I'm having the same freaking issue and it is very frustrating. I'm ready to give up on roku.   Voice control with batteries  and streaming stick.  🥵🥵🥵nothing helps.

I was able to get one of my voice remotes to work, but still can't get the bedroom one to work.....

So it's working fine, music is playing, and then it suddenly freezes when you're giving it a verbal command?

We appreciate you informing us about the issues you are having with pairing your Roku Voice remote with your Roku streaming stick. If this is your first time setting up your Roku device, no worries! We've got you covered.

If your Roku streaming device comes with a Roku voice remote, you must pair it during the initial setup and activation process.

Follow the on-screen setup instructions to pair your voice remote with your streaming device. If you need help pairing your remote, follow the instructions in "How to put your Roku voice remote into pairing mode"

If you are still having issues pairing it, please let us know so we can further assist you. We hope you get everything sorted out soon so you can start streaming and once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
