Re: New rechargeable remote charging USB connector

Jump to solution

Why bother responding to  4 week old post with a Q like that? -- in any event I meant, as other posters have also said, changing batteries is simpler than always needing to figure out right time and place to plug in.  Low battery? go to draw get new batteries, pop them in -- done and done.  "recharge"- take the remote to awall plug not that close to the ROKU and and plug it in for 3 hours where I may not be able to use it.  That's a great improvement.

@Sue4203
Sorry... I didn't notice the date. Apologies for the annoyance. I agree... I have a box of AA & AAA. Pop out old, pop in new, done! The environment would rather us not however, and I get that. Anyway, you can still use the new remote when recharging. Not a convenient location? Grab a good portable power bank. I have 3. One can be solar charged if needed. They'll always be handy.
