...my voice command to change the channel I loved that I did not have to flip through all the channels to get to the one I wanted on the live TV.  I was able to say "Roku change the channel to 78", or just "hey roku, channel 7"  It now says it did not understand the command.  I bought this remote because I could use the voice command.... well my husband.  I am slowly teaching him/and learning myself, about current technology.  
Why does it no longer change my channel?
