My Roku voice remote that came w my Roku Ultra has stopped working after just 2 years. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps including new batteries, reboots, trying to pair, etc but never get a light when I press the pairing button.
Just in case there's something wrong with the pairing button, you should also be able to get the remote to go into pairing mode by pressing the Home and Back buttons (the two buttons at the top next to each other) simultaneously and holding them for 5+ seconds. I think that works for all voice remotes.
