I have a Roku remote that keeps buzzing and when I put in fresh batteries, it says I have 14% or even 0% battery and is making a high pitched buzzing sound. It's constant.

The remote is RC-AL4 and came with the Roku. It started a few weeks ago. The Roku is an ultra LT. I tried replacing the batteries and removing them for a period and putting them back. Repairing.
Thank you for your response, @Charlottepickle.

Hi Jharra -
I'm experiencing the same issue.
1. Model 3810x
2. Same as above
3. Remote came with the device
4. Issue started today after working fine earlier today.
5. I tried restarting the TV and roku. Replaced the remote batteries. Remote is completely unresponsive aside from the high pitched noise.
Please advise. Thank you!
