@RokuDanny-R  As I put in a previous post:
I don't know my roku remote serial number, but the SKU is 3226000838 and the Model is RC-AL7.

Is there a way I can find out my serial number? I got this info from the battery compartment. The remote obviously won't sync with any Roku player so I can't get a serial # that way.
