Please keep us posted if you are still unable to successfully claim for the free HDMI extender, kindly provide the serial number of your Roku device and the exact error message when trying to claim for the free HDMI.
Note: Please make sure to use the number "zero" instead of the letter "O" when inputting your serial number into the form.

I just tried again and got the same error message: 'We're sorry. We are unable to process your order at the moment. Please try again.'
Serial number is: S09041CNE8N1 (yes, using zeros)
