Been using the same Roku and same TV for over three years without any trouble. Volume controls on Roku remote have always controlled the TV volume -- until after last night's update. I have performed the setup multiple times to no effect.

UPDATE 5/16: Today I went through the pairing process with my remote (even though it was already paired) and then went through the remote setup process to control the TV controls and this worked. TV volume control from the Roku remote was restored. I will post back if I lose it again.

Model 393TRW  Roku Express + ID K7-193-066  Wednesday night turned off TV - everything worked fine.  Got up Thursday morning and the volume up and down and the mute do not work.  I tried new batteries 5 times with different brand new batteries.  I tried your Remote instructions, got the music, said it was set up, then still did not work.  What can we do?

Yes all 3 of my roko devices have lost the ability to change volume on my TV.  Here are my 3 TV's

ROKU Premiere YHOOH9477015  SONY TV  Volume control does not work
