I have the Roku Pro Series 55 in TV. I configured the remote control quick launch button for YouTube and YouTube TV. Then when I selected YouTube or YouTube TV after selecting the Quick Launch remote button, the user interface often (but not always) forces me to either Cancel or Launch and defaults to Cancel. Then I have to arrow over to Launch and then select Launch.
Is there a way to permanently disable the cumbersome confirmation step? For example, I always want to go to YouTube if I select Quick Launch then YouTube without any further user interlace steps. Any further prompting defeats the purpose of "Quick" Launch.

Hi @CharlesG1,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
We understand that you would like to utilize the quick launch button for YouTube and YouTube TV on your Roku remote. We appreciate your feedback regarding this feature and are happy to provide you with further information.
It is by design that if you are streaming a channel and want to quickly launch another channel service, the system will prompt you to choose between canceling the current channel or launching the new one. However, if you are on the Roku Home screen and not streaming any channels, you can quickly launch a channel service directly, as there is no ongoing stream to interrupt.
We hope you find this information helpful.
Cheers,
