I purchased a remote control OEM RC-AL2 - a replacement for the lost remote control for my Roku Stick 3810x model. For some reason I can’t pair it with the Stick, just no reaction from Roku and remote behaves like it dead. What could be the reason for the failure and how to fix it?

The issue is resolved:there is a small hole in the remote that can be used to pair the device.
I didn't see that it was resolved.
