Buttons don't work; channels don't load

Out of the blue, with a relatively new controller, I have intermittent problems navigating to the channel icons. The button's don't work. If I can get to a channel icon and start loading the channel, it will either give me a blank screen or will start to load the channel home page and then freeze. Serial# 5s464h466944.

If you can get to it, try performing a "System restart" under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (depending on your Roku model).  If you can't get to it, just unplug the power for several seconds and then plug it back in.

Thank you! I started down that route at your suggestion and got a message that Roku wasn't connected to the internet, so I re-established the Wifi connection and it works fine now.
