Remote worked fine and picked it up the next morning and it is completely dead. Changed the batteries that work in other remotes and reset the Roku several times and still not working. The remote looks brand new and has only been owned about 4 months. Customer support has not responded to any inquiries for replacement.

Could you try re-pairing your remote to your Roku device and see if that will resolve the issue you're experiencing? I did the troubleshooting for repair and it did not resolve the issue. A timely resolution to the issue would be appreciated.
