Hello, So I posted a few days ago that my old remote wasn't working and it always never used to get past the syncing part where you hold the setup button for 30 secs. I did get a new remote and that is not syncing with the Roku stick either. What else can I do? This is a model 3820X that I bought in November last year - serial number S08Y41962H4M. I have tried resetting Roku. The light blinks when I plug it in however after there is no light when I put the batteries in the remote and try to get them connected.

Please help !!
