Re: Roku will not let me connect
Roku remote will not get off “no signal” when I turn tv on ( HDMI connection).. I can’t get any response from Roku device at all. I I have unplugged router and HDMI cable and reconnected…nothing at all. My wireless service is very strong. My Roku device is as if it just died. I can get nothing but “ no signal” sign…which just stays on the screen. When I go to my account…nothing. I do t u derstand how one day I have connection and watch channel of my choice and two days later nothing.

Hi, @5818!
Welcome, and thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
We saw your post regarding the issue with your Roku device not connecting to your TV, resulting in a "No Signal" message. No problem, let's take a closer look and sort out this ongoing issue. If you're still seeing a light indicator that the device is being powered. You can try a different HDMI port, try another HDMI cable, or try connecting the Roku device to another TV and see if that reproduces the same issue.
If the problem persists, you can set a factory default on the device and see if that helps. You can visit our support page here on how to proceed: How do I factory reset my Roku® streaming device?
We hope this helps.
Thanks,
Elmer
