Yes, I agree entirely! It's not like the good folks here at Roku don't know about this problem; I would have thought that by now at the very least they would have rolled back this botched-up app update to the previous version that actually worked!!!

You don't need to uninstall the app everytime. The problem is the update to the app is bugged and corrupted. Roku supports is terrible and they dont even know how to fix it. What you can do instead uninstalling and reinstalling the app each time is just to log out of your account on the app and sign back in and it should work. Unfortunately this has to be done each time you open the app until Roku gets their act together and fixes it permanently, but it's easier than uninstalling and reinstalling the app each time.

Roku Is this a joke?? How about some actual solutions instead of asking us to get the make, model and serial number of every device in our house including our phones. This is clearly an app issue. Please fix it.
