Replace the ROKU not the TABLO

I have 5 ROKU devices and I have been using the TABLO on them for a long while.  Now the recorded shows won’t play back.  ROKU said the fix was making adjustments in the audio settings.  After the adjustments were made the video plays but there is not any sound.  This issue started when ROKU updated the firmware.  

Do I need to replace all my devices with a ROKU competitor or is ROKU going to fix the software issue.  

Please help with this issue!
