I have a Sharp Aquos that has the issue. My old LG (15 yrs old) Samsung (7 yrs old) and Sony (10 yrs old) all work flawlessly. So your LG as a brand can’t be the problem. But it could be something specific about these TVs that is interfering, regardless of the brand name.
I keep all 4 of my TVs connected to individual antennas as backup. So even though I have the issue, all my TVs are receiving OTA. Just can’t rewind on a whim.

I have tried reboot, factory reset on Tablo. OTA works connected directly to TV.
Also workaround gives video not audio. I believe it is a Roku issue because I can run local channels from the Tablo app on my iPad and it works. I can also cast to the Roku from my iPad and the audio and video both work
That is if Roku is pointing to the correct Tablo version, 2.2.52, which I believe that it is not.
We contacted both Tablo and Roku several times about this problem. Both companies said they were aware of the problem and “working on it.” They asked us to send information (I can’t remember what it was) to help them solve the problem.
After several back and forths, thet said there was no timetable for solving the problem.
