Thanks for letting us know about the issue! We're here to help. Can you share what error code is showing up on the TV screen? Also, we’ll need a couple of things from you to investigate the issue:
- Your Roku device info (DID and OS build) – found in Settings > System > About)
- Your Tracker ID (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times)
