The issue occurs when playing any cloud DVR content.  It will play normally for ~5-7 minutes then freeze, sometimes the audio and video lose synch a second or two before and sometimes it will stutter and flash a few frames before going black.  After ~30 seconds of black screen it returns to the home page.  The problem occurs everytime DVR content is played and has for the last ~48 hours.  The issue does not occur when accessing the same content without using the DVR by accessing it from the show's page.  However, if it is for a network show and the show is still recorded you have to delete the recording and usually wait until the next day (when it would normally be available on the show's page).

Hulu crashes and returns to Roku home screen while watching various recordings: NBC nightly news, ESPN, NBCsports bay area, ABC News, etc. I can watch the same recordings on my PC with no problem. Hulu Live TV works fine.

Experiencing lagging, freezing, app restarting issue last 6 days approx. when viewing any recorded content whether recorded recently or months ago.  Does not seem to occur with live content.  Performed a factory reset on the Sharp 50” Roku TV with no improvement.

Doesn’t seem to occur when using a laptop vs the Roku TV  though not viewed for long periods on a laptop.
