Ok everyone, so i was having this same issue and today i went to the settings and to system and did a system restart and now my recordings are playing back and no longer freezing. If it doesnt work after the first restart, maybe try again. Hope this helps everyone.

There is no fixxed interval to the freeze.  

I have timed it 5 times with 5 different results between 8.5 and 10.5 minutes.

Trying to catch up on basketball games is taking forever.

Watching Hulu  “My Stuff” recording on one of my Roku Ultra’s (I have 3- I have experienced the same behavior on all three) 

Picture freezes and reverts back to Main Roku Screen  

Happened 3 times during playback.

Anything else we should know?:ID71-046-322 freezes on recorded shows can only watch for about 10 or 15 minutes then freezzes and goes back to the home screen. I have unplugged the Roku device. Checked for Hulu up dates. All this happen when watching recorded shows on Hulu. Been going on for some time now. About ready to go to Netflex or Utube. And skip Hulu
