Good Afternoon, to whom it may concern,

I am having this issue.  I have two tv's in my home.  One is streaming with a Roku streaming stick 4k and one is 32" TCL Roku Tv.  I just got the info you requested from my 32" TCL Roku Tv.  The Tracker ID I received stated: Model 8116 - Roku Tv, Serial # YMOOAH423773 with the Issue ID as 73-045-836

I cannot find my Hulu App version, but I have Hulu with Disney Plus and local Channels

The two shows I am having this issue with when playing back the recorded shows are:

When Call the Heart, S12E4 on the Hallmark Channel and The Way Home S3E4 also on the Hallmark Channel.

To whom it may concern,

I just tried the system restart and then went to one of the shows that have been freezing up on a live recorded show and it is still freezing up.  The system restart did not take away the problem.

I’ve been having this issue the last two days too. It is happening consistently on playback for two shows. Big poppas house and Watson that I recorded. I also had an issue on Netflix though too trying to watch night agent. This is the information.

Are we supposed to ignore the fact that this is not a Hulu issue at this point and it is clearly a Roku issue? Are we also going to ignore the fact that we are not getting a resolution to the problem?? Do we just need to throw out our Roku devices and go with something more dependable at this point?!?
