Same here. Restarted 5+ times, hard rebooted, re setup wifi connection, factory default. Only netflix seems to work every other app doesnt connect.

I have done everything you did. Unplug everything wait a few moments plug everything back in go to Hulu and it comes up saying check network connection. I click that nothing happened. Go into settings check my network all three green checkmarks. Everything‘s good. I even went into settings to check to make sure the Roku had all its updates and it did. I have Internet connection So that is not the problem. After reading, you switched your Roku I wasn’t gonna bother because the same thing would probably happen to me as well.

I received an email claiming things were resolved. I restarted and reset both Roku devices and still no connection even I'm connected to the internet. Very frustrating

Can't set up my Roku Express , failure to send account activation link

Bought a Roku Express today and can't get the device to send an account activation link to finish my set up process. I'm wondering if I should return it for a refund. I have no idea how to get it done. it should be an easy process

Still not working. Still getting the “we can’t seem to reach you by email”!!!

I have completed the sane actions and nothing, but all of my other services are working.
