Exactly the same for me and i cant get past the activation part now since i factory reset my Roku TV

I'm having the same exact issue. It's very frustrating.
Been trying to activate TV for over hour.
Says: We can't seem to reach you by email
no..still not working. 7:22pm eastern
It is still not working i have reset it again and it still says can't reach you by email.
Still doesn't work. Stop lying to your customers. Whoever decided to block device activation with this stupid email verification system should be fired.
Definitely not fixed... It won't send the activation email now
It has NOT been resolved!
First it says OPEN APP then it tries to install the app and that fails.
