Exactly then we get a note 10 min ago it should be starting to work, and nope nothing. They need to change the amount of control they have over this TV an at least allow us to use our HDMI slots!! But no nothing works.

Its still saying can't seem to reach you by email.
I have been patient this whole time but this is getting old. Mine still doesn't let me past the email screen. Still says "We can't seem to reach you by email"
But to clarify we didn't factory reset any of our devices. We just unplugged and restarted them. Now working after 2hours
