I’d like to get the fix for this problem, but apparently, that is not possible. I can’t send a PM to the person who reportedly fixed the problem because I don’t know how, I’ve asked how can I send a PM and get no response. So, there is absolutely no support from ROKU. I can still return the TV so that seems to be my only option.
@DonnaJack , apparently one cannot send email as a 'visitor', one has to become a 'newbie' before the message/email option appears. I became a newbie by making a post. After that, click on the Admin's name (eg- @RokuMaryEF) and the email option should appear.
I’m not a visitor. I made a post over a week ago. I became a “Newbie”, and now apparently I’m a “Reel Rookie”. I’ve clicked on the Admin’s name, but I don’t see an email option
Same issue. Every time I turn it on for the first time, it shuts back off. Then I have to turn it on again to watch. Sending PM.
One-month-old Roku Plus Series TV here that powers off right after power-up It happens about once a day. Device ID is SONX747GPGK4.
