Re: 3/13/25 Service Interruption
Good news, we believe the service is now recovering. Try again, and restart your device if you're still seeing an issue. Thanks for your patience as we managed this interruption.
Please confirm if you were seeing the issue and are now resolved.

Re: 3/13/25 Service Interruption
My ROKU device went down 30 min ago and I attempted to do a factory reset, but wasn't able to get it to work. I am not able to view my home and settings and about information as the factory reset kicked me out of my ROKU connection and when I tried to log in using my user ID, It cannot find my email address.

Re: Roku setup on factory reset won't get passed entering QRcode or email.
UPDATE:
I turned off the wifi to my phone, and then used the hot spot. That allowed my Roku Premiere to start installing.Since the installation is not done, I still don't know if I will be able to stream anything. Meanwhile my husband's Roku in the kitchen is working just fine.
Roku has this message on the website now.
"Roku is aware of an issue reported by users who are unable to access Roku services. If you are trying to activate your device, please try again later."

Re: All ROKU devices have stopped working.
My Roku TV stopped working. It won't stream anything. Not even the Roku channels. I tried removing then readding the apps on my Roku tv - got error indicating they can't be added back. (Max and Disney). Tried factory reset - that did not work. Tried full restore - that did not work. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection, the TV will not let me add back my Roku account to the TV. But I can log into my Roku account on my laptop as I am right now. I gave up, the TV is useless now.

Re: 3/13/25 Service Interruption
I had the issue. After I saw this message we restarted our 4K streaming stick again. This time it seams to be working. Thank you for resolving the issue.
For future reference, is there a way to contact Roku support directly? I'm skeptical about putting my device information (serial number etc) into a community post but you said that information would be helpful to you.
Thanks in advance,

Re: 3/13/25 Service Interruption
Yes, my ROKU problem has been resolved. I was able to get ROKU to send me an activation link about 5 minutes ago and was able to access my account.
Thank you!
