@RokuCarly My tracker ID is 54-129-332. Screen keeps scrambling and letters are missing or just blocks in several apps

Reset works, but the problem invariably returns. In addition, unless you know exactly where reset is the scrambling of the screen can be so bad that it’s nearly impossible to find ‘reset’.
I’ve been dealing with this for about a year now, have been told that it’s a known issue, engineer's are working on it…i’ve been told this at least 6 times. Recently i was told it was the fault of my device! Set up a new S Stick plus, now the new one is doing this as well!
Why was I told that it was my device after having been back and forth with support who claimed it’s a known issue and currently being worked on?
Yes I still have the issue seems worse since the upgrade a few days ago. Even sound keeps going in and out and yes missing characters in boxes when I go to other streaming channels.. This has gone on all too long!!!
