I cannot open YouTube or YouTube TV on my tv. Both just select. Now I did the Home Screen press 5 times and then I guess I pressed - back 5 times and now I can no longer hear the menu sound effects. But still no YouTube TV

Mine too! When I try to add the app back on my TV. It’s asking for my 4-digit Roku pin, not finding that anywhere. So annoying!

Your PIN is created by you (or someone with access to your account), it's not something you find on the device. Look at your user account page (https://my.roku.com) and you can find your PIN, change or delete it.
