issue is not resolved stop with the lies and the runaround  I have filed complaints with the BBB and FC and am contacting lawyers to start a class action suit I am done playing stupid games with you folks  such as reinstall app   reset camera etc.  your software is garbage

nothing but  Male Bovine fecal material from support same old song and dance lies and disconnects

It randomly started working however. One of the cameras went offline: "Lost connection to camera" Code: -45. 

It still seems to be working though. When there's movement the light will turn red then back to blue with no movement.

WHY does this keep happening? Can you fix your app???  Can we get new cameras??? This is bull**bleep**.
