tried that it still does not work same goes for uninstalling and reinstalling app roll app back to what it was before the recenmt unnannounced chages
I'm having the same issue it seems like it just gets worse and worse with these cameras they are no good

We've received reports from several customers about not receiving notifications from their Roku Indoor/Outdoor Wired Cameras on Roku LT after the recent update (Firmware version 6.0).

Finally getting alerts on my phone after signing out of account and signing back in, entering password manually.
I tried that and absolutely nothing and support said they’d have to call me back. Still waiting and have work in half an hour. My randomly stopped the other day, wouldn’t even work for my TV. Got them popping on my TV but phone still gets nothing despite going through every step.
