I am having same issue. This thing is going back to store. I have done EVERYTHING recommended in the community. Last Roku piece of **bleep** I buy.

Tried all of this and it still doesn’t allow the email to be resent. And of course there’s not support available at this time.

If by chance you are getting a 'We can't seem to reach you by email' error message as this thread's title says, we suggest tapping ‘Resend’ on your Roku device and another email will be sent. After a moment, look in your inbox for another message from Roku with a new activation link for you to try.
