@ttmako @KDot @BBones Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried using an alternate email address to see if this resolves the issue? 

I know some of you may have already checked, but please make sure to check spam/junk folders and your account filters to ensure delivery isn't being blocked.

I am having the same problem. Restarted wifi router, restarted factory settings on Roku, and tried a different wifi network. Nothing worked. 

Please can we get some professional support!?

Same exact issue - tried factory reset  of router and roku system.

This is such a silly issue its unreal.

Now i think im being messed with.

I keep getting my activation code is expired.

This is getting riduculous.
