What is the hardware specs differences between roku 4800X vs roku 4802R? And is it worth trading the 4800X to the 4802R? Also for the usb port in the channel it doesn’t state it supports exfat drive partitions but it does support it! Is it the same for 4802R?
@johnwick0000 I have reported you to the moderator for trying to scam people from identity theft, credit card and other personal information. You are a retard, grow up!! Get a real job loser!!

As for the question re: the Roku Ultra 4800 and 4802. The hardware specs are exactly the same. The 4802 is the same device as the 4800. The 4802 will come with a rechargeable Voice Remote Pro remote whereas the 4800 should have the original Voice Remote (batteries). (https://www.roku.com/products/roku-ultra)
The Roku Wikipedia page is a pretty good source for seeing the hardware specs between models. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roku). Just note, they seem to mistakenly have the Ultra 4802 listed with the 4801 (which is a Walmart exclusive Ultra LT that lacks a USB port and Dolby Atmos, but does support passthrough, and comes with non-rechargeable Voice Remote). https://www.androidauthority.com/roku-ua-vs-roku-ua-lt-3358129/
The actual, correct description of the 4802 is listed on the Roku products page (https://www.roku.com/products/roku-ultra)
As a general rule, different model numbers in a model line, or the addition of a plus (+) sign in the model name indicate that the Remote control that is included is different.

From the Roku Media Player support page, "USB drives may be formatted with different file systems. Roku Media Player supports drives that are formatted with the FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, EXT2, EXT3, exFAT and HFS+ file systems. You can also access different partitions on the USB drive." (https://support.roku.com/article/208754908)
And to add: The letter or letters after the number are mainly just the market it was designed to be sold through. Sometimes, it may mean the remote has slightly different service buttons (the Netflix, YouTube, etc... buttons.) X is the basic version sold directly by Roku and some online sites. R is general retail. W or RW is Walmart. EU is Europe.
And one more addition:
My 4800 came with a remote that is not available separately, and may be unique to this model(?). It is sort of a cross between the standard Voice Remote and the Voice Remote Pro. It's like a Voice Remote but with a headphone jack and two programmable buttons added, similar to a Voice Remote Pro. But unlike the Pro, it doesn't have a rechargeable battery or always-listening option.
I think that is the standard 4800 remote. Mine is the same. In the battery compartment is the model number RC-EL3.
Yep the remote from my 4800 is a RC-EL3, from maybe a couple of years ago. I was just too lazy to walk into another room to check it. I have never seen this one available as a separate item.
