Last night while streaming Apple TV to our Sony tv the message "The USB device is drawing too much current. Please remove the device." showed.
We tried the following debugging
TV works fine - Nintendo Switch and an older Roku device both have no issues.
The 3930R seems to now be completely unresponsive.
Neither of those USB ports is sufficient as it requires 1A minimum. If it's not working when plugged into the wall, I would suspect whatever USB power adapter you're using is faulty or insufficient. Try another one if you have one lying around. Look at the fine print on the USB power adapter/charger - it should say something like, Output: 5V 1A (or 1000mA). Greater then 1A/1000mA is OK as well.
