Okay, is it possible to get a replacement or a refund. The only use for this unit is a doorstop and it's not heavy enough for that.

It’s only a couple of years old. I looked up online and it looks like the one I have is the only model on offer, send me a link of another.

My name is Carmen. We are having the same EXACT problem with our Roku! It’s rebooting with a loop! Over and over again! It’s not a fancy one just a plain one. I’ve unplugged, restarted, changed outlets, and changed the usb port. Nothing is working. I turned the whole tv off too. I would like a replacement too. It has never done this before on any of our Rokus or devices. It’s pretty irritating.

Thanks for informing us that you're also having an issue with your Roku Express that was stuck on a reboot loop so we can get this address immediately.
To help us in the investigation, please provide the following info.
If you still have access to the Settings, please supply us with these details.
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
If you're unable to get out of the reboot loop and have no way to access Settings to get these device details, you may provide what's readily available such as,
- The device's serial number and model number (which can be found on the body of the device; just look for SN and model name.)

Having same issues with Roku 3. SN# 6325AF286331.
Endless reboot. Try to do software upgrade to see if that helps, but it wont make it through the upgrade, without rebooting again. Tried new different power cord (and wall receptacle), tried factory reset button on the device, but it just keeps rebooting. It will stabilize for about 15 seconds after each reboot and then cycles again. Looking for guidance.

I quit Roku; bought a new TV where I no longer have to worry about a third party device thankfully.
