Was supposed to get FuboTV free for 30 days, but does not show up on home screen! How do I contact someone about this??
@ScarletTanager Did the company you made the purchase from give you a code or anything to redeem on the Fubo app? The seven day free trial is from Fubo and has nothing to do with your purchase.
Did you add the app? Search for it in the "Streaming Store" or add it from the website:

Got the app but only saying 7 day free trial. not the 30 day. Who do I contact? Help!

No, I asked them about it and they said I would either get it from Roku or Fubo! And trying to get ahold of them is nearly impossible. Thier chat bot is ridiculous to say the least!!!
Well, finally after getting a phone # from Fubo for Roku I was able to ascertain that the code should have come from the retailer! You were right! Even though I asked when I purchased the device, I didn't get a code. Evidently they email the code separately within a few hours of purchase which I didn't get. (glitch in system!) So they are now going to send me a code so I can get the 30 days of free Fubo!! Yea, I am glad this problem is taken care of. Thanks to all who tried to help and gave me advice!
