You didnt answer the question

My ultra loses sound from time to time or gets grainy. I have to turn off or unplug to get it fixed.

  • Check your audio settings: Go to "Settings" > "Audio" and check the audio settings. Make sure that the correct audio output is selected for your TV or receiver. You may also want to try changing the audio mode to "Stereo" or "Dolby Digital" to see if that helps.
  • Restart your Roku: Press the Home button on your Roku remote, go to "Settings" > "System" > "System restart" and restart your device. This may help to clear any temporary issues that could be causing the problem.
  • Check your connections: Make sure that all cables are securely connected to your TV, receiver, and Roku. Try unplugging and replugging in the HDMI cable, or try a different HDMI port on your TV or receiver.
  • Update your software: Make sure that your Roku device is running the latest software. Go to "Settings" > "System" > "System update" and check for updates.
  • Factory reset: If none of the above steps work, you may want to try a factory reset. Go to "Settings" > "System" > "Advanced system settings" > "Factory reset" and follow the on-screen instructions. Note that this will erase all settings and data on your Roku device.
