Where have all the background and screensavers gone?

We appreciate the information you have provided; however, for us to better assess this concern, we'll need a few more details:

  • When did you start having this concern?
  • What specific device has this issue?
  • What specific screensavers are missing?

Additionally, we recommend that you give the following a try:

  1. Power-cycle your Roku player: unplug it from the wall power outlet and plug it back in.
  2. Check for updates. Go to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now
  3. Restart your Roku player. Go to Settings > System > Power (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) > System Restart.
