Has anyone ever gotten roku ultra to adjust the volume?

Seems to switch audio to airpod pros at a very low volume, but roku remote volume controls the tv/soundbar volume but not the roku/airpod volume,

I have the same problem woth my Buds Pro3 on the Ultra. In fact, the problem existed with Buds Pro2 as well. My other Roku TVs all provide fantastic output using the same method. I have connected both directly to the Ultra and through the app, results are the same. This is a great feature missing the mark and it is very disappointing.
