My cable provider is Comcast which I pay for basic and premium channels. 3 days ago, the tvs with Roku device stopped streaming the premium channels and the message say it cannot be streamed as well as when looking at the channel guide it says I am required to subscribe to the channel. How did this happen? I haven’t changed my cable package and comcast says it is not their problem- contact Roku

Is your Comcast account still in force?
Comcast or your channels may require a login refresher to prove that your Comcast subscription is still in force.
