Update won't install on my Streambar
Went to turn on my tv and my Roku streambar is flashing orange/red. Saying can't connect to network. Tried to use the remote & at the bottom of the tv a pop ip with Welcome to the streambar homepage with a count down wheel appears. Tried to use the remote again & it's unresponsive. Finally managed to get the batteries out of the remote & changed, downloaded the app that the pop-up prompt said to do, went to the website link also shown in the prompt, unplugged and replugged everything numerous times, tried using the app on my phone, nothing works. There isn't anything wrong with my 5G wifi internet. When I initially plugged the streambar back in, on my tv screen there's a "finishing updates" that never happens...just a spinning wheel saying 0% progress before once again going back to the can't connect to network prompt and flashing light.

Check out our Support page for some troubleshooting steps on How to fix Roku streaming device update problems. If that doesn’t help, you might want to try connecting to a different network, like a mobile hotspot, to see if you can get the update done. After updating, just switch back to your home Wi-Fi.
