I'm stuck on Welcome! Enjoy your stay. When I try to exit it goes straight back to this screen.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

To turn off Guest Mode, you can follow these steps:

1. If needed, first complete the welcome flow to get to the Guest Mode Home screen.
2. Select Home on your Roku remote.
3. Scroll and select Settings.
4. Select guest options.
5. Select Sign out and clear information.
6. Enter your Roku PIN.
7. Select OK.

If you happen to have issues with the PIN code, the only option we could suggest is to reset the device.
