"To each his own" lol, you sound like a boomer, they're useless then they get offended if anyone is honest with them about how useless they are.

This is for technical support, of which you're poor at providing.

Typically someone with experience would say something like "this isn't a solution, more of a temporary workaround, but if you switch to using the app on your phone instead of the remote, you can enter the channel numbers faster." And then unlike you, they wouldn't get all weird and insecure when their non-solution is said so.

In fewer words: I should be able to use the remote and you shouldn't be so insecure about my response saying so. It's not about you, it's about Roku.

You acted like I was saying your advice is ridiculous, rather, it's ridiculous to have to do that.

• You can get rid of channels that are on your all channels list. Let's say, if you want  50 or a 100 channels on your all channel list and only 5 or 10 on your favorite list.

  1st, add all channels to favorites that you might want to watch. Maybe 50 or 100 channels. 

  Then,Scroll down to where you can click 'select to add favorite channels'. You'll then have 2 options, Edit channel lineup and Favorite channels.

  Click 'Edit channel lineup' You can click on channels to hide from your all channels list. Simply click all channels that don't have hearts. That way, your all channel list will be your large favorite list.

  Then, you can unclick the favorites that are not actually your top 5 favorites.

Yeah. I’m still trying to figure out how to view favorite channels. Literally everything i find that’s supposed to explain how to view them, just tells you how to add more favorite channels🙄

My god man, this roku **bleep** is a pain in the ass. It must be setup this way for advertising n **bleep**. It’s so convoluted, unorganized and **bleep**ty. 

Makes me want to go find a 30yo tv! lol
