We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and for going the extra mile to resolve the issue. We want to help you sort it out.
For further investigation, we need essential information to help us locate the root cause of the problem:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
Once we have this information, I'll be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team for further review. In the meantime, try unplugging the Roku Device from the power outlet for 5-10 minutes and then plugging it back in to see if it makes any difference.
